- An Internet connection is required for the use of Strat/Assess.
- Strat/Assess does not work off-line.
- Input in Strat/Assess will only be saved on your own installation(s). No transfer of confidential data outside your own business environment, unless your own own security settings do no function and/or are not appropriate to common security standards. Strat/Assess has no central storage of your data. A central back-up of your data is not available.
It is recommended to read first the online documentation: especially the chapters 6, 7 and 8.

The Fieldwork Scorebook's purpose is the use as a notebook for off-line completion of Strat/Assess input and for discussion purposes. When printed it is very useful for team meetings on the essentials of input.

Formulate a new business plan and score chapter by chapter.

Existing business plan
a.Top-down:
Just scoring directly into the Strat/Assess model: based on your own interpretation of the scores without using the detailed questionnaires(it takes just some 10 minutes)
b.Bottom-up:
In this case you re formulate/convert a complete existing business plan based into the Strat/Assess format. Do the scoring on completion of the various chapters based on the detailed questionnaires(Chapters 11/23 Online Business Support guide):a comprehensive electronical strategic business development textbook.
